In the position you will:
vis mer- Implement new sources for IT recruitment and profiling and make sure they are utilized.
- Activate the employer branding strategy for the IT target groups in close collaboration with line management and HR.
- Continuously contribute to the renewal and development of client's employer branding activities in Norway.
- Organize career fairs and company presentations.
- Produce engaging content for social media.
- Plan and execute activities in clients internal Tech Community.
- Update and maintain our careers page.
- Handling sponsorship inquiries.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
2-3 years relevant experience
You are a self-driven team player passionate about solving challenges and creating results.
You act on own initiative, makes things happen.
You use a methodical and systematic approach.
You execute plans with commitment and determination.
You have a multi-cultural organizational awareness and build a useful network of contacts and relationships.
Your experience will typically be within customer- or employee events, talent acquisition or/and marketing and communications.
Knowledge and understanding of the Norwegian recruitment market.
We believe you are a «digital native» with sufficient understanding and experience with. current advertising technology, media behavior and the use of social media to influence.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (fluent in Norwegian and English).
