Do you have experience within coordination of new resources, IT equipment, meetings, reports and information ?

For client we are looking for 2 Project Coordinators - 100% position

Starting: As soon as possible
Duration: 1 year contract with possibility of extension

Main tasks

  • Work according to the alliance principles, “One for all, all for one” by  
  • Building trust-based relationship, supporting openness and transparency  
  • Actively participate and collaborate  
  • Support alliance partners commercial targets by working as one team  
  • Flow efficient execution by working as one team  
  • Challenge work processes, standards, specifications and support simplification and standardization  

Project support:

  • General support to the project and the project management
  • Manage organisation of meetings / Workshop
  • Canteen requests
  • Manage project SharePoint site
  • Organize documents as Organization Charts, Vacation list, phone list, presentations and reports
  • Review and handling incoming and outgoing correspondence and documents.
  • Prepare input to project reporting, submit weekly and monthly reports to client, and
  • Submit and approve IT equipment requests, both hardware and software, and follow up IT costs.
  • Office administration
  • Ensure office area is tidy and updated with info, posters, boards etc
  • Maintain office layout plans
  • Ensure all desks and are equipped with desks, chair, 2 monitors, keyboard and mouse
  • Meeting rooms: IT equipment and furniture
  • Internet for client and external
  • Coordinate with clients  IT department regarding IT equipment
  • Assist in onboarding
  • Order Access card for external users
  • Order Access to office zones for all project members
  • Ensure all new personnel is invited to project introduction

Qualification requirements:

  • Bachelor in Business Administration or similar.
  • The holder of the role must be a strong communicator, have 5+ years of relevant work experience and a track record of excellent Administration project performance.
  • Knowledge of North Sea principles and standards.
  • Ability to implement an efficient HSSEQ culture, by empowerment of managers.
  • Good communication skills and make sure “messages are heard and understood“.
