Do you have experience with project coordination?

For a client we are looking for a Project Coordinator - 100% position

Starting: As soon as possible
Duration: 1 year contract with possibility of extension

Position Responsibilities:

  • General support to the project and the project management team
  • Follow-up procedures and systems, based on the administrative requirements in the contract
  • Maintain internal and external communication platforms (SharePoint, Teams etc.)
  • Be able to follow up correspondence filing systems, templates and distribution lists, and handle in-/outgoing correspondence
  • Organize documents as organization charts, vacation list, contact list, presentations and reports
  • Organize meetings and events arrangements
  • Prepare presentations and other written documents
  • Submit and approve IT equipment requests, and follow up IT costs
  • Ensure office area is tidy and updated with info, posters, boards etc.
  • Handle changes and update office layout plans
  • Ensure mobilization and demobilization of project personnel
  • Admin support to the Management Team and first point of contact at the site 
  • Conduct updates on the internet, intranet, SharePoint and local screens
  • Day to day coordination of facilities such as offices, dining areas, office supplies etc.
  • Digitalization of office management
  • Handle Facility Management tasks and direct point of contact with our suppliers in offices in Mid-Norway

Qualification requirements:
  • Excellent oral / written communication skills in English and Norwegian
  • Excellent IT knowledge and use of collaboration tools (e.g. MS Office, SharePoint, ProMap, Time, Teams)
  • Good financial understanding
  • Service attitude, proactive, flexible and customer minded
  • Efficient, self-managing and capable of handling many enquiries at the same time
  • Experience from project work and administrative project tasks
