PRA Group, headquartered in Oslo, is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior .NET/Azure Developer to join our core development team. Over the past three years, we have successfully developed a modern, innovative platform for applications, unifying all essential internal and external systems. The Role: Impact and Environment
You will step into a small, powerful team of four seasoned senior developers, all with 10+ years of experience. Your contributions will directly influence our operations across Norway and the other Nordic countries. This role is highly collaborative, placing you within cross-functional teams working closely with both enterprise and data engineers to architect and build better, high-impact solutions.

Key Responsibilities and Deliverables
- Architect and Develop: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, performant software solutions using C# and the latest .NET technologies.
- Cloud Leadership: Utilize and optimize a wide range of Microsoft Azure services (including Azure Functions, App Services, Azure SQL DB, and Azure Data Factory) to build scalable, resilient cloud-native applications.
- Performance & Security: Implement best practices for software development, focusing on optimizing application performance, scalability, and security by applying modern Azure architecture patterns.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to refine requirements and define robust technical specifications.
- Quality & Standards: Champion software quality through rigorous code reviews, comprehensive unit testing, and meticulous documentation.
- Mentorship & Guidance: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing support and architectural guidance within the broader developer community.
- Future Focus: Stay ahead of the curve on emerging Azure technologies and industry trends, continuously driving improvement in our development processes and tech stack.
- Agile Contribution: Actively participate in all Agile ceremonies, contributing strategically to planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
