Certification Support Specialist Temporary contract
For a client we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Certification Support Specialist to join an international team. In this role, you will collaborate with colleagues across the globe and contribute to a wide range of support tasks within a dynamic and professional environment.
As part of a team of seven persons, you will play an important role in ensuring smooth and accurate certification processes.
Start Date: 27 July 2026
Duration: Until 30 August 2027
Location: Høvik 5 days a week
Key Responsibilities
- Planning and scheduling of activities
- Registration of data across multiple systems and databases
- Generating reports from PowerBI
- Reporting to relevant authorities and stakeholders based on information from production systems
- Registration of certificates and information in external databases, with particular focus on EUDAMED
- Administrative tasks related to the hiring of internal resources
- Legalization of certificates
- Assisting with certification management tasks, including cancellation of certificates and handling of false certificates
We are looking for
- Structured and detail-oriented with a strong eye for accuracy
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Service-minded and collaborative attitude
- Ability to work on own initiative and effectively prioritize workloads
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree from a university or college
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
- Fluency in English is required
- Good IT skills and experience working across different systems and software
