As our new Senior Safety Manager at Navamedic, you will have a unique opportunity to work at a Norwegian headquarter with international partners across a wide range of products and categories. You will play a key role in ensuring the safety and compliance of our products across multiple markets. You will be responsible for overseeing all pharmacovigilance and safety activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and contributing to our mission of delivering high-quality, safe products to patients and healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage pharmacovigilance and safety operations for all Navamedic products
- Provide strategic input, expert advice and guidance on safety-related matters
- Pharmacovigilance responsibilities for medicinal products where Navamedic holds the marketing authorisation
- Local safety operations for products for which Navamedic serves as local representative/distributor for partners
- Host audits and inspections from partners and authorities
- Audit of Navamedic partners, responsible for GVP self-inspections
- Support PV system development and maintenance, compliance with SOPs
- Establish, review and maintain SDEAs relevant partners
- PV training and awareness initiatives
Key Requirements
- Master of Science in Pharmacy or equivalent academic degree in life science
- Solid working experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- At least 5 years of experience in pharmacovigilance and safety work within the pharmaceutical industry or regulatory authorities
Personal skills and experience
- Strong commercial understanding with a strategic and business-oriented mindset, while maintaining product safety integrity
- Ensure optimal communication with external partners and ability to collaborate effectively with various functions and levels within the organization, including management
- Proficient in project management; experience managing multiple responsibilities with minimal direction
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation abilities
- Fluent in English and a Nordic language, both written and spoken
- Preferred location for the right candidate - Oslo region
