As our new Supply Chain Director —a "commercial architect"—to lead our Industrial Waste Services (IWS) Material Flow department and redefine how the industry handles its most complex resources. Operating within a large, established corporate platform, this key position provides a unique opportunity to make a real-world impact on tomorrow's circular economy.

The mission: complexity at scale
As our new Supply Chain Director, you will hold functional responsibility for the entire Hazardous Waste (HW) value chain within IWS Norway. In hazardous waste, no cases are identical! You will lead a specialized team of 8 experts focused on the deep "root cause" analysis of material flows across Norway. Your goal? To turn operational complexity into a seamless, high-margin commercial machine.

• Planning final waste treatment and ensuring execution through robust Sales & Operational Planning (S&OP).
• Taking overall responsibility for HW material flow across Norway, including monitoring volumes and downstream facilities.
• Managing HW pricing strategies and steering the organization toward defined financial goals and EBITDA targets.
• Establishing and leading a specialized HW customer case expert team to handle the deep complexities of our industry.
• Working across departments to break down silos, optimize resource utilization, and build strong partnerships with external stakeholders and authorities.

Your profile
We are seeking a leader driven by achieving excellence who thrives at the intersection of operational logic and commercial strategy. You are a professional who brings extensive experience in operations, finance, and personnel management, backed by a proven track record of building trust and high-performing teams. You possess a relevant higher education degree, preferably at the Master’s level, which has provided you with the analytical foundation to manage complex supply chain systems.
 

As a person, you are characterized by a systematic and structured approach to problem-solving, yet you possess the entrepreneurial spirit and execution capability required to drive growth in a volatile market. You are an inclusive, clear, and confident communicator who understands that in hazardous waste, every case is unique—requiring a leader who can dig into the "root cause" while maintaining a steady strategic focus. Fluency in both Norwegian and English is essential to successfully navigate our local operations and our broader Nordic platform.
